Contest Rules and Regulations: Win a 1-Week Stay at Casa Chic in Tulum, Mexico!

Eligibility: The contest is open to Canadian residents only, excluding residents of Quebec. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Festival Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Contest Period: The contest begins on July 4, 2023 at 8:00 am (PST) and ends on August 19, 2023 at 11:59 pm (PST). Entries received before or after the contest period will not be considered.

Only one entry per email address will be considered. Additional entries using the same email address will not be processed.

How to Enter:

  1. To enter the contest, visit https://www.casachictulum.com/win-your-stay/ and complete the entry form with accurate and valid information.
  2. Entry to the contest is free. However, purchasing tickets to Extreme Mudfest or Russell & Roots concert series will grant you four additional entries.
  3. By entering the contest, you agree to subscribe to the Casa Chic mailing list, along with The Festival Company and its properties' mailing lists for events in your area.
  4. Additional entry opportunities may be available over the coming weeks on the @russellandroots, @extrememudfest, and @thefestivalcompany Instagram accounts. Be sure to follow these accounts so that you don't miss out!

Prize:

  1. The prize includes a 1-week stay at Casa Chic in Tulum, Mexico, subject to availability on select dates. Blackout dates apply. The stay includes accommodation for up to a maximum of 10 people.
  2. Private chef service and house staff will be provided during the stay.
  3. This prize package includes accommodations ONLY. The winner will be responsible for flights, the cost of groceries, and beverages while enjoying their stay at Casa Chic.
  4. A credit card deposit will be required to cover any potential damages to Casa Chic. Credit card information must be provided prior to the stay.

Winner Selection:

  1. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
  2. The winner will be announced via Instagram Live on Sunday, August 20th, at the Instagram account @thefestivalcompany. To view the live stream, you must be a follower of @thefestivalcompany.
  3. The winner will be contacted via email from The Festival Company. The winner must respond and accept the prize by August 25th at 5 pm PST.

General Conditions:

  1. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
  2. The Festival Company reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
  3. By participating in the contest, you agree to grant The Festival Company the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
  4. The Festival Company reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the rules and regulations or attempts to tamper with the contest. Please note that these rules and regulations are subject to change at the discretion of The Festival Company. It is the responsibility of the entrants to review and comply with the most up-to-date rules and regulations provided by The Festival Company.
