Offering all that you want in a beach vacation. The property is amazing, quiet and quaint. It is far enough away from the masses that you feel almost alone. The property owner was great to work with as was the host that lived in Tulum. The main star of the show is the head chef – Edwin. In reality, he was with us from 7a – 7p every single day. Forget about the amazing fresh food that he serves for all three meals, he was a great host, helped us with almost any recommendations that we needed.

On behalf of my entire family, I wanted you to know we are enjoying our last day at Casa Chic and thank you for your staff’s hospitality. Hui, Stefan, Freddy and Leo were so helpful and so kind. Chef Antonio’s staff prepared the most delicious meals for all of us and were so accommodating with our various dietary requirements. All in all, it’s been a wonderful and relaxing family vacation.

My family and friends had the pleasure to call Casa Chic our home for one week…
I can’t brag enough about all of the wonderful memories and the most fond experience we had during our stay. The moment you walk through the house, serenity will be yours. The owners of this magnificent home got it SO right…from the home décor, grounds, the expansive deck overlooking the ocean, the pool, the tranquil accommodations. OH and the Food & Chefs! We were winded and dined on the most fantastic cuisine and enjoyed the personalities of these amazing culinary magician. If you are looking to REALLY relax and enjoy the company of your loved ones, don’t give it another thought.

It is with very heavy hearts that we leave your unique, beautiful home today. We didn’t think it could get any better, but the pool is a great addition. It was enjoyed by all. We can’t say enough about your staff, but most importantly about your chefs! All the food was amazing and out of this world. Don’t know where you found them, but so glad you did. Not only was their food unbelievable, but they are so pleasant to be around, always smiling and always willing to share their secret recipes.

We so hope to return next year as there is not a place we would rather stay in all of Mexico. Casa Chic is perfect!

The house has a lot of charm, nested in nature and comfortable. Staff is very diligent, efficient, attentive, smiling and discrete. Location is very good to find inner peace and nearby energy.

Casa Chic is our favorite place to visit. We have been down to stay several times and it has always blown us away. Such a perfect spot at the end of the Tulum strip. Far away to be private but close enough to walk or bike into the restaurants and bars. The main house sleeps ten comfortably and the owners just built an addition which sleeps a family of four. The house is beautifully decorated and has comfortable couches and loungers everywhere inside and out. There are 5 large day beds down on the beach by the private volleyball court where you can nap or take a cooler down and have some drinks. The ocean is just feet away. If you are not a beach or ocean person, then you have the option to relax around the large pool. The food has been amazing every time. I can’t remember one time where I didn’t go back for seconds. The chefs do an amazing job as well as the rest of the staff. Freddie has looked after the house for years and will help you with anything you need. Rooms and beds are cleaned and made every day.

We highly recommend Casa Chic and we cannot wait to get back there!!

This is not your typical Mexican vacation, it truly is a diamond among the rest, picturesque doesn’t even accurately describe it. The beach is beautiful and private with a constant Caribbean breeze to keep you cool, there is also a volleyball net if you feel so inclined. The pool and large deck are right off the grand main living/dining/kitchen area, so everything flows beautifully. The rooms are massive with heavenly comfortable beds and each have their own AC unit. The AC runs for your preferred 12 hour window which is perfect in keeping with the ecofriendly, health and wellness conscious area that Tulum is known for, with the breeze that comes off the ocean you really don’t even need to operate the AC units. The staff leave you wanting for nothing, always clean towels, clean rooms, made beds and wonderful meals if you opt in for the Chef service, which I highly recommend. If you wish to explore the area you can walk to fabulous restaurants, yoga studios and shopping via the beach from Casa Chic, or easily grab a cab a short walk outside of the gated premises. Personally, I found it hard to pull myself away from Casa Chic to do anything but relax on the beach or by the pool, can’t wait to go back!

Casa Chic checks all of the boxes. Gorgeous pool area overlooking the nicest stretch of beach in Tulum. Beach beds to chill day or night, beach volley ball, sand like icing sugar. Beautiful rooms and spacious common areas. Perfectly private yet a hop skip and jump from all of the action just up the beach. Excellent staff in the kitchen and on the grounds. My wife and I stayed in “Baby Chic”. We loved it! Great for couples or families. Can’t wait to go back.

Casa Chic was absolutely perfect. Beautifully set at the end of Tulum, you get to enjoy your private oasis, still close to restaurants, beach bars, yoga and shopping. The house comfortablely accommodates 6 groups while still offering privacy for everyone. Not only is it beach front with access to crystal clear water and endless white sand, it has a wonderful pool to enjoy. The chefs cooked unbelievably delicious food everyday – ask for their roasted pumpkin seed salsa (if you like hot)! The grounds staff were wonderful as well, keeping our rooms and house clean. The AC was a great bonus, keeping us cool at night. We’ll definitely be back to stay at Casa Chic.

Let me start by saying I don’t leave many reviews, only if the experience was exceptionally bad or exceptionally great. Casa Chic was exceptionally great! We have been coming to Tulum beach for 14 years with our kids and have stayed in many nice places but Casa Chic was by far the best. The design and layout of the house and outdoor living areas was fantastic and so spacious we felt like we had a small boutique resort to ourselves.

The house staff and the chef service were wonderful, we are foodies and all meals were excellent.

We will be back at Casa Chic at least once every year!

Casa Chic was better then the professional pictures on the website. It had character, comfort and beauty all wrapped up in a package called paradise. With an amazing chef (Daniel) daily cooking up a storm with a smile on his face and some great dance moves, this place was as perfect as it comes. The rooms are all exactly the same, with a king size bed and an ensuite washroom and shower. It is perfect for 5 couples or like us, 2 or 3 families where the kids don’t mind piling into 1 or 2 beds. The staff were hard working and pleasant and stayed out of your way. The main action is only a 100 peso taxi away (5 mins) and you can walk the beach for miles either way. Close by restaurants, surf lessons, bars, Cenotes (across the street) offer an abundance of things to do. The place has it down to an art. Highly recommend.

Casa Chic was nothing short of exceptional. The house itself is very stylish and reflective of the boho chic vibe in Tulum perfect for lounging around all day. The pool is awesome and a focal point of the experience, the kids would literally play in it from the time they finished breakfast until they went to bed. The adults would hang out around the pool while the chefs would literally make us anything that we wanted and serve us incredible cocktails. The property manager and staff were extremely attentive and worked their butts off 24/7 to ensure that we had a first class experience. I would highly recommend Casa Chic to anyone looking for a private villa experience in Tulum. Looking forward to our next stay.

We’ve rented Casa Chic a number of times with our family and every year it gets better and better! Everything from the white sandy beach and tropical turquoise water to the sprawling indoor/outdoor living arrangements and the private pool cascading over the beach! The owner has an amazing eye for attention to detail in both design and maintenance as we are blown away by the cleanliness and upkeep every time we vacation here. This dream rental is a 12 out of 10 and I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for the perfect tropical getaway!

This is the second time I have stayed at Casa Chic with friends/family and once again it has absolutely exceeded all expectations! Freddy and Leo ensured our stay was comfortable and the house was well kept and the kitchen staff was friendly and on top of keeping us well fed with delicious local cuisine (not to mention the margaritas). The pool, which was built since our first stay, has added the perfect element for our young family. I would highly recommend Casa Chic to anyone looking for a private vacation rental in Tulum and look forward to our next stay!!

Think about THE PERFECT PLACE, then double it. That’s what Casa Chic delivers. 10 of us celebrated my 40th bday here and it was the ideal place to do so. The house is breath taking. open. tons of space. beautifully decorated with all the amenities you’d need. from our deck we could see the turtles come in at night to lay their eggs (August)! the beach front is pristine and the 4 daybeds make it impossible to want to leave. Chef Jose was with us preparing the yummiest of foods. each meal was better than the next culminating in a surf n’ turf extravaganza. the house staff was thorough and diligent. very professional and friendly as they cleaned the house. The house managers, Hui and Stefan, were a delight helping us pre stock the house and gentle check ins to ensure our stay was going well. quite simply. We had the best time at the best house with the best food on the best beach. I couldn’t recommend Casa Chic more.

This beautifully designed Private Residence offers more than home style casual living. It is luxury at its finest, located within a natural setting, has amazing views of the ocean, right off the large outdoor patio deck, the fresh ocean breeze and cabanas are plenty, along with sandy white beaches, gentle aqua blue waters, and privacy everywhere; where you are free to roam at your own pace, to soak in all the beauty.

Casa Chic, has a large casual living room, dining room, full kitchen/bar set up, outdoor grilling. Large bedrooms and bathrooms with beautiful picture windows and screens that slides open to have fresh ocean breeze flow through entire home. The ‘Hemingway’ style with beautiful bed linens, netting, decor makes you feel you’re truly in paradise. There’s a wonderful and friendly staff on site to assist with any needs you may have. The meals prepared by in home chef are outstanding, fresh, and more than you could ask for at any 5-star restaurant. WiFi is offered throughout the home, full refrigerators, freezer, microwave, coffee/espresso machines, are at your fingertips. If you forget something, there’s a convenient shopping store (Chedraui) to go to for groceries, beverages, cash, pharmacy, and everyday needs.

There’s plenty to do to whether soaking in rays, swimming, jogging, yoga, water sports, fishing, or just walking on the white powder beaches, to nearby quaint or upscale restaurants, shopping, and boutique hotels. Be sure to check out the wonderful restaurants they recommend, they’re all fabulous!! One thing to keep in mind is, be sure your currency is in pesos. The smaller unique lifestyle in town may only take cash in pesos, and few credit cards.

Overall, I couldn’t get enough of this beautiful home, its location and beautiful natural surroundings, the wonderful staff, and exposed to diverse people, culture, cuisine, restaurants, unique shopping, beaches, weather, everything…it is all right there to explore and come back to, over and over. You won’t want to go home!!

This is an absolutely FANTASTIC beach house located on the most beautiful stretch of beach in Mexico. Very private and laid back yet a short beach stroll to numerous restaurants and bars. We flagged down a local fisherman in his boat one morning in front of the house and bought REALLY fresh fish! The rooms and decor of of the house are beautiful and comfortable. The expansive outdoor areas seem to double the size of this house. Just open the sling doors on both sides and the let the cool ocean breeze blow through the house. No TV’s here, but if you need them you probably looking in the wrong town. There is clear and relatively fast wifi in the house so you can still get your news and sports updates as needed. I would definitely recommend this property and it was exactly as advertised. Great service and wonderful housekeeper providing daily cleaning and breakfast setup etc. great restaurants in Tulum as well…ask the owner for details.
