Casa Chic is a luxurious 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom private waterfront villa located right on the shore of the Caribbean Sea.
Walk for miles and miles along the pristine white sand beach while gazing out at the sparkling turquoise Sea in the warm tropical sun.
If you’re lucky you may see a turtle laying her eggs or the baby turtles hatching scurrying into the ocean or just cruise down the beach and grab a margarita and a fish taco at a cool little beachy restaurant where you can still have your feet in the sand.
Casa Chic is architecturally designed in keeping with the Mayan tradition with an open air design bringing the beautiful caribbean ocean in on one side and the exotic jungle on the other giving it a sexy beachy jungle vibe with a divine ambience day and night. This villa exudes luxury and tranquility situated in the cool palms right on the beach in an extraordinarily exotic setting which really makes you feel like you are somewhere else.

PRIVATE CHEF SERVICES
Our very own head chef, Chef Antonio has been with Casa Chic for 12 years, while his entire journey as a chef spans 20 remarkable years. Chef Antonio oversees the chefs who cook for our guests. Being a Tulum local, he seamlessly blends the authentic flavors of the region with global cuisines.
Our private chef service is included in the booking, while groceries, alcohol, and gratuities are paid separately. Upon arrival, a small shopping fee of $140 USD/week will be charged, ensuring you get the freshest of ingredients. All ingredients are fresh, local, and align with Tulum’s eco-conscious spirit.

Need More Space?
Say hello to baby chic
“baby chic” is our guest villa just 20 yards from the front steps of Casa Chic. It features a large master bedroom with a king size bed and a smaller space with single bunk beds separated by a 3/4 wall and a shared open bathroom. Toilet enclosed.
This separate villa costs an additional $3000 USD/week. $3500 Christmas and New Years weeks.
(This fee will be added to the rate for Casa Chic and chef service is included).
Note: If you do not require the extra villa, you will not be charged for it. baby chic is only available for rentto our guests who are renting Casa Chic if they need extra accommodation.
HOUSEKEEPING
To ensure the property remains pristine, daily maid service is provided, guaranteeing guests a comfortable stay.Bed linens and bath towels are replaced every second or third day. Beach towels are provided as well as complimentary toiletries sourced in Tulum.
Each of the five bedrooms at Casa Chic has a luxurious king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. For added comfort, each bed has a mosquito net, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep.
GROUNDS KEEPING
Casa Chic employs 3 daily caretakers, who are responsible for taking care of the property. Every day, they ensure that our guests have a freshly raked beach, clean private pool, raked property, clean floors, replenished drinking water and pristine common areas.

Our Environmental Commitment
In alignment with Tulum’s eco-friendly atmosphere, we are deeply committed to preserving our natural environment. The two dunes on our property are carefully protected, with their native vegetation left undisturbed. We take measures to nurture the plants by watering and pruning, ensuring that they flourish.
Being situated off the grid amplifies our responsibility, so we diligently maintain our septic system to prevent any environmental harm. Additionally, in consideration of the local turtle habitat, our lighting is deliberately kept dim.
